Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of Makundal. Please read them carefully before creating a workspace.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a workspace or using Makundal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
2. The service
Makundal is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform operated by Byteploy Technology Services for managing inventory, sales, purchases, production, and reporting. Each business works in its own isolated workspace identified by a unique subdomain.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Makundal offers a free plan and may offer paid plans in the future. Paid features, prices, and billing terms are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel your workspace at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund amounts already billed unless the law requires it.
5. Your data
The data you and your team enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service. You can request an export of your workspace data at any time by contacting support, and we will provide it in a common, machine-readable format.
6. Availability
We work to keep Makundal available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byteploy Technology Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Third-party services
Makundal relies on trusted third-party providers to operate, including Brevo (email delivery), Zoho SalesIQ (in-app support chat), Cloudflare (security and bot protection), Railway (hosting infrastructure), and Google Analytics (optional measurement on public pages). Their handling of data is governed by their own terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the competent courts of Chile.
